  • What is an FAQ section?
An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
  • How long should my online video be?
Ideal length for videos depends on where the video will be going. Generally videos should be no more than 1 minute. Click here to see a more in-depth explanation of video lengths for specific platforms.
  • What is your average turnaround time?
    2 weeks max
  • What does the video production process involve?
Every project is different, but the production process can be broken down into three sections: Pre-production: This is when we collaborate with you to learn everything there is to know about your company and jointly establish what you require from video. We might look into the following questions: Who is your target audience? What platforms do you wish to use to distribute your work? What are the main points you wish to get across? From there we’ll create a video outline and/or detailed script, confirm budgets and arrange any filming dates with you. Production: Actually filming the project. When most people think of video production, they think of this. Our team will record all of the necessary material, including interviews, event footage, and product demos. We may record at your location, our studio, or other areas that are related to the video messages. Post-production: After we've captured all of the material, we'll start working on the edit, putting it all together into a coherent story and adding graphics, titles, and music as needed. Before everything is finalized, you will have the opportunity to evaluate one or more drafts and provide input.
  • How large is your crew for filming?
This is dependent on the nature of the employment. We can provide a self-shooting cameraman for simple talking head interviews or case studies, who will work alone to collect all of the essential footage. However, we prefer a two- or three-person team, with a producer/director overseeing filming and conducting interviews, and one or two camera operators focusing on the visual and technical components. This guarantees that the video's main points are conveyed more effectively. Extra crew members, such as additional camera operators, a sound recordist, or a drone operator, may be recommended for more difficult filming requirements. All of these will be counted separately in our estimate.
  • Do you add voice-overs and music?
Not every project necessitates a voiceover, but if it does, we can supply you with a variety of voiceover samples from which to choose, and we'll handle the rest. When a background music track is needed, we may choose a suitable track from a royalty-free music collection and provide a license for it to be used in the final video.
  • What kind of equipment do you use?
Everything is shot on professional broadcast-quality 4K & 6K video cameras, with extra equipment such as radio mics, lighting, and green screen used as needed. To stay up with the industry's quickly changing requirements, we invest in new equipment and software on a regular basis.
  • In what format will I receive my video files?
We usually supply our finished videos in the most commonly used formats, typically .mp4 or .mov. However we’re happy to convert these into pretty much any other format free of charge.
  • Do you keep copies of your projects?
We store backup copies of all video and project files for at least two years. We're delighted to return and update previous projects, such as if your branding has changed or you need to update your company's facts and numbers. If there are any worries regarding data security, we would gladly erase all of our copies of the material when the job is completed.
  • Do you travel?
Yes. We will go anywhere in the world, provided that travel and lodging expenses are accounted for in the budget.
  • How much will it cost to produce my video?
Every video production project is unique; there is no one-size-fits-all approach. A 30-second advertisement can cost anywhere from $2,500 to $250,000, depending on the project's complexity and needs. The first step is to complete our Get A Quote form, which will allow us to learn more about your video production.
  • Do I own the rights to my video?
Yes, you do; everything is yours! Unless you specify otherwise, we reserve the right to publicly broadcast your video for our portfolio. Please spread the love.
  • Where do you license your music from?
Storyblocks, Artlist.io, Music Bed, the list goes on! Pick out a song and we will sync it with our edits.
  • How do Revamp Digital’s rates compare to other video companies’ in the Atlanta area?
We are neither the most costly, nor are we the cheapest shop in town, but we can stretch any budget and accomplish more with less.
